Business Description
Healthy plant-based foods & fresh pressed organic juices to NOURISH, ENERGIZE, PURIFY, & REVIVE your body.
G&T is the brainchild of a handful of friends – two chefs, a nutritionist, a fitness expert and personal trainer, a businessman, and a mom -- all of whom came to the table, so to speak, with different challenges but the same goal-- to offer an authentic, wholesome, flexible, long-term strategy for leading a full and healthy life.
Starting with fresh organic ingredients, we incorporate raw, gluten-free, & vegan elements to nourish, purify and revive your body. The plan is nutrient-dense, high in fiber and protein, and rich in vitamins, minerals, and essential living enzymes. Each ingredient has been selected to ensure that you are feeding your body what it requires to thrive.
